Zero work ethic!

This specific blog is designed to vent due to the frustrating events that have occurred at my place of employment within the past week. This is a way to reach out to all those hard working people out there who don't get enough credit for the work they do. For all those who don't know the restaurant industry has a very fast pace and it requires a hardworking person for it to be a good fit with company. Usually when you hire people without experience I find those are the best people to work with because they are the best to mould into the right person that you want working for you. Even though you are able to train new people who are not familiar with the restaurant industry that doesn't mean that they will have a good work ethic. There's no way of motivating people to do a good job let alone motivate them to work hard.  Hard working people are very hard to find which means that since people lack the work ethic it makes it very hard to work with. There's nothing more frustrating than having someone who is lazy and has no motivation towards being successful and part taking in teamwork activities. Unfortunately there's more lazy people out there than hard working individuals and they all seem to be where I work. Hopefully I was able to touch some lazy brains/hearts out there and encourage a harder work ethic in any industry to be the most successful individually and as a whole within your company.
